Our Approach Flux Life creates custom, made-to-order apparel for the modern Jiu-Jitsu practitioner. Because each piece is printed and produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, wrong size chosen, or similar reasons. This helps keep our process sustainable and focused on quality.
Defective or Damaged Items We stand behind our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective (e.g., printing error, manufacturing flaw), or incorrect due to our production process, contact us within 30 days of delivery for resolution.
- We offer a free reprint for verified manufacturing defects or damage.
- We'll guide you through submitting photos and details via our support form.
- Once approved, a replacement ships at no extra cost to you (in plain packaging).
Refunds are rare and considered only in exceptional cases (e.g., if a reprint isn't feasible). We do not offer cash refunds for non-defective custom items.
How to Request Help

- We'll review and respond within 1–2 business days.
- For defects, we'll coordinate the reprint directly—no need to return the original item unless specifically requested (rare).
Important Notes
- Custom nature: Personalized or print-on-demand items cannot be resold, so returns/exchanges are limited to quality issues only. Please review product descriptions, sizes, and colors carefully before ordering.
- No returns for non-defects: This includes fit preferences, style changes, or delivery delays (see our Shipping & Delivery policy).
- Lost or missing packages: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us first—we'll assist with carrier steps and may qualify for a reprint if lost in transit, subject to carrier confirmation.
- While we always do our best to assist, we are not responsible for issues caused by carrier mishandling, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or unforeseen events.
- International orders may involve additional customs considerations—any duties/taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
