Production Time All orders are custom-made to order. Most items are produced and prepared for shipment within 2–4 business days after your order is placed. This timeline starts on the next business day if ordered over a weekend or holiday. Production may occasionally extend slightly due to high demand, but orders generally ship by the 4th business day unless there's a rare stock or production delay.
Shipping Time & Methods Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your location:
- Contiguous United States: Typically 3–7 business days via standard carrier (tracked).
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: Additional time may apply (often 5–10 business days).
- Canada: Typically 5–10 business days (additional fees apply).
We ship via standard carriers with full tracking provided. All packages are blind-shipped in plain white packaging with no pricing, branding, or invoices included for a discreet experience.
Tracking Your Order You can track your purchased items directly in the Shop app (a third-party app not affiliated with Flux Life). Download the Shop app (available on iOS and Android) and add your order using your email or order number for real-time updates.
Please note: The order status in the Shop app will initially show "Waiting for details" until the carrier (e.g., UPS) receives the package and uploads tracking information. This is normal for custom print-on-demand orders and does not mean your order is lost or delayed—it simply means the carrier hasn't yet scanned it in. Once the carrier updates (typically 1–3 business days after production), the status will change to reflect actual shipping progress, and delivery typically follows promptly.
Your order is considered shipped once it leaves our production facility and a tracking number is generated/activated by the carrier.
Shipping Rates (Displayed at Checkout) Rates are calculated automatically based on your location, order weight, and product type:
- Contiguous US: Starting around $7.95 for the first item (additional items add ~$1.50–$2.50).
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: Starting around $13.99–$15.00 (higher for heavier items).
- Canada: Starting around $16.25 (higher for heavier items).
Exact costs appear at checkout before you complete your purchase. We do not offer expedited or rush shipping at this time.
Important Notes
- Shipping and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed—delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, customs (for international), or high demand periods.
- Address Changes: Orders cannot be modified (including shipping address) once production begins. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid issues.
- Lost or Missing Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us first—we can help guide next steps with the carrier. For packages lost in transit (not returned to sender), our fulfillment partner qualifies them for a free reprint. Returned-to-sender packages go to their facility and are held for 30 days before discard; we do not handle direct customer outreach in these cases.
- While we’ll always do our best to assist, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages caused by the carrier, incorrect/incomplete addresses, or unforeseen events. Use a secure delivery address and monitor tracking via the Shop app.
- International shipping (beyond US/Canada) may be limited or unavailable for some products—check availability at checkout.
- Returns & Exchanges: Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing errors, or change of mind. For damaged or defective items (manufacturing issues), contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free reprint resolution via our fulfillment partner.
