1. Use of the Site You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Site and make purchases. You agree to provide accurate information during checkout and to keep it updated. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Products and Orders

  • All products are custom-made and produced on demand specifically for your order.
  • Descriptions, images, colors, and sizing are approximate and for guidance only. We do not guarantee exact matches due to variations in monitors, fabrics, or production.
  • Orders are final upon placement and payment. We may cancel or refuse orders for any reason (e.g., pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud).
  • Prices are in USD and exclude taxes, duties, or shipping (added at checkout).

3. Payment Payments are processed securely via our payment providers. You authorize us to charge the selected payment method. All charges are non-refundable except as outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

  • Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, sizing errors, or similar reasons.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items (manufacturing issues), contact us within 30 days of delivery via our support form for a free reprint (replacement). Refunds are considered only if a reprint is not feasible.
  • No cash refunds for non-defective custom items.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flux Life is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question. Products are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those in our policies.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.

10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Flux Life harmless from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida. You waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
